Ceramic Materials R&D Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- •Lead advanced ceramic material formulation design and optimization
- •Conduct material performance testing and characterization analysis
- •Participate in new material development projects
Job Requirements
- •Materials Science and Engineering, Inorganic Non-metallic Materials, or related fields; Master's degree or higher
- •Proficient in manufacturing processes for advanced ceramic materials, including alumina, aluminum nitride, and silicon nitride.
- •Material characterization and performance testing experience preferred.
- •Proficient in reading English technical literature
Process Engineer (AMB/DBC)
Job Responsibilities
- •Lead AMB/DBC process development and optimization
- •Resolve process and technical issues in production
- •Participate in the validation of new processes and equipment.
Job Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Processing Engineering, Electronic Packaging Technology, or related fields
- •AMB/DBC ceramic-metal bonding experience preferred
- •Familiar with semiconductor packaging processes
- •Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Application Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- •Provide technical support for ceramic substrate applications to customers.
- •Assist customers with product selection and solution design
- •Gather market requirements and report them to the R&D team.
Job Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or related fields
- •Power electronic devices and thermal management technologies
- •Strong customer communication skills
- •Willing to travel short-term
Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- •Responsible for new customer acquisition and maintenance
